When a tool is not the one
If it goes back
A tool that fights your routine should go back. The desk that takes it is the retail partner’s, not ours.
Open the order in the account you bought with; the return options for that listing sit right there, with the window and the condition rules printed beside them. The money side settles between you and the partner along the same route the payment took. We are not in that loop and cannot step into it.
Before it goes back
Half the returns we hear about are matching problems, not broken tools. A 400 watt mini iron pressed into weekend bedding duty will disappoint; so will a 1,800 watt board iron bought for two shirts a week. If the tool works but the fit is wrong, write to us first: naming the chore usually names the right replacement.
If it arrived damaged
Photograph the box and the fault, then report it on the partner’s order page straight away. Their process moves faster with pictures, and early reports get the cleanest outcomes.
Choose better the second time
Three questions in the tool finder beat a second parcel going back.
